The European Commission has finalised its plans to implement its energy and climate objectives by 2020. You can find out more about the details of these plans in this edition of the COLEXON NewsBreaker. Furthermore, we report on the major British industry event in October, Solar Power UK in Birmingham. And we are looking ahead: in November, the AGRITECHNICA exhibition will be taking place in Hanover and COLEXON will be one of its exhibitors. Events: COLEXON exhibiting at the Solar Power UK and the AGRITECHNICA exhibition in Hanover
At the end of October the Solar Power UK opened its doors at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham. COLEXON was represented by a stand and also in November, the company will be presenting itself at the AGRITECHNICA in Hanover, the world’s largest exhibition in the agricultural engineering industry.

COLEXON SYSTEM C+Z now also for free field solar power systems
COLEXON engineers are allowing for the new framework conditions in the United Kingdom and are designing their technical developments to further exploit the existing market potential for PV systems up to 50 kWp. The first outcome of this is the COLEXON SYSTEM C+Z for free-field systems.

Energy-saving house
The so-called energy-saving house has been set out as the standard for new builds in the German Energy-Saving Regulation (Energieeinsparverordnung, EnEV) since 2002. Energy-saving houses include all buildings that, in comparison to the average building, use less energy for heating and hot water.
