    COLEXON NewsBreaker June 2011

Dear Sir or Madam,

The annual general meeting of COLEXON Energy AG took place on June 16, 2011. In this context, we have explained the currently difficult market development – caused by the strong unscheduled cuts in feed-in tariffs in Italy, France, and the UK – and the effects on our company. The annual general meeting took place in a quiet and constructive atmosphere. Thus, it was possible to bring about, among other things, a resolution on the authorized capital.

Besides internal topics, we are focusing on the market in this NewsBreaker edition: Principally positive is that there will be no further cuts in feed-in tariffs in Germany as of July 01. Nevertheless, this indicates the currently poor demand in the German market. Furthermore, the recently adopted revision of the EEG 2012 does not provide for improvements in solar support. The federal government passes up the substantial chance to push the energy turnaround. What this decision means for the PV industry, however, remains to be seen.

We hope you enjoy reading this NewsBreaker edition.
