COLEXON at the EU PVSEC 2009
From September 21 to 24 COLEXON was exhibitor at the European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (EU PVSEC) in Hamburg/Germany. As the trade show and conference are focused on the photovoltaics sector, it was an ideal international business platform for COLEXON. COLEXON was able to establish excellent business contacts and to strengthen strategic partnerships.

Shareholders' structure of COLEXON Energy AG
After the takeover of the Danish Renewagy A/S, the shareholder’s structure of COLEXON Energy AG has been changed. With now eight major shareholders, COLEXON has a strong shareholder base, that provides the company even more stability. The largest shareholder is the DKA Consult A/S with 19,36 %. The current shareholder’s structure is published on our website.

COLEXON at the PV Investors‘ Day
COLEXON’s Management Board, Thorsten Preugschas (CEO) and Henrik Christiansen (CFO), presented the business model of the “new COLEXON“ at the PV Investors‘ Day of M.M. Warburg & CO to a top-class investors audience. The interest of investors in COLEXON has been significantly increased during the last months since the company has been strengthened by the takeover. Within the next months the Management Board will participate in various investors’s conferences in order to gain strategic investors fort he “new COLEXON“.

Start of construction in Sainte-Maxime
On September 1, COLEXON France started with the construction of the approx. 1 MW free field solar power plant in Sainte-Maxime, at the Côte D’Azur. The commissioning of the solar power plant is scheduled within the next two months. Crystalline Moser Baer modules with Xantrex inverters will be installed. Although the region Sainte-Maxime was declared disaster area during the extremely heavy rainfalls, the construction site has not suffered from the bad weather condistions. Further projects of COLEXON France are in the development stage.

Contingent for 2009 of First Solar modules completely allocated
While the first half year of 2009 was affected by strong market caution, the demand has increased strongly in the last few weeks. In the course of this positive development, COLEXON was able not only to reduce its stock to a minimum, but also to allocate the complete remainder of the First Solar contract until the end of this year. Consequently the focus until the end of this year lies on finishing the yet started projects and to allocate module contingents for the first quarter of 2010.

Silver Award for COLEXON Annual Report 2008
COLEXON has received the Silver Award at the 2008 Vision Awards for her Annual Report 200. With that, the report has been awarded by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) as one of the best Annual Reports in the solar sector in the fields transperency, information content, finances and layout.
