This not only allows rapid error detection and feedback but also the monitoring of plant yields. By comparing irradiation data, the system is able to carry out a constant target-actual comparison. Besides the pure monitoring of the plants functions, this also makes it possible to verify payments made by power suppliers for energy fed into the grid.
In the case of maintenance agreements, facility monitoring is included in the maintenance services during the entire term of the agreement. Here COLEXON offers a variety of service levels, with the basic agreement including only monitoring and alarm management.
Of course, a maintenance agreement also offers the added security of an inverter service and an on-site inspection every six months. In the event of a fault, we go to the facility within 24 hours and repair the defect or initiate the necessary service measures. The additional offer of a 24-hour security service for open-area facilities is geared specifically to the Spanish market.
In any event, the scope of delivery includes the annual verification of accounts rendered by the power supplier.
