COLEXON reports its results for the 1st quarter of 2010
The special market circumstances of the first three months of the year are also reflected in the COLEXON results: the discussion about extraordinary adjustments to the German Renewable Energy Act (EEG) and a long winter have left their mark on the industry. Above all, the project business suffered from the bad weather. The wholesale business, by contrast, has profited from transactions being brought forward as a result of the uncertain political conditions in Germany from the middle of this year.
To reduce the seasonal fluctuations in the project business, COLEXON intends to increase the international share of its operating business very significantly. The focus here will lie on the European growth markets of France and Italy, where several projects are currently in the implementation phase.
