Service and Operational Management
As part of its Service and Operational Management division, COLEXON provides repair and maintenance services for solar power stations. The company services both its own plants and those of other operators. By the end of 2009, COLEXON had serviced of solar power stations in the 40 MWp range. Negotiations are currently under way to provide service and operational management for other plants as well. A large part of the solar power stations currently being serviced by COLEXON are the company's own.
The segment has been recorded in a separate segment report by COLEXON since 2010. Turnover for the first quarter of 2010 totaled 0.4 million EUR and EBIT stood at -0.5 million EUR. The negative cash flow is a result of the costs associated with establishing this business division. The company's aim is to increase the number of external solar power stations further, so as to turn the segment into a further important pillar of operative growth for the COLEXON Group.
