ENERGY EQUALS RETURN — GUARANTEED BY THE STATE.

Guaranteed income for 20 years

We install grid-connected solar power plants. All of the electricity generated in a grid-connected system is fed into the grid; none of it is used for personal consumption. Local energy suppliers pay compensation for the electricity so generated based on the appropriate rate per kilowatt hour (kWh). In Germany, the amount of the compensation is regulated by the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (German acronym: EEG) and guaranteed by statute for a period of 20 years.

International legislative model promoting renewables

The German Renewable Energy Sources Act is considered a successful legislative model for promoting renewables and more than twenty countries have already used it as a blueprint for their own legislation. Similar subsidy models have since been introduced in Spain, Greece, Italy, France and South Korea, for example. Such laws act both as an economic stimulus for the industry and as collateral when obtaining loans for the project business.
