COLEXON secures working capital financing of 21 million euros.
  COLEXON commissions solar power plant portfolio with a total capacity of 2.4 MWp in Saxony/Germany. In this context developed in cooperation with SC SolarCraft an innovative light weight mounting system.

Publication of the report for the third quarter of 2009
  New subsidiary of COLEXON in Mainz/Germany founded.
  Commissioning of the 840 kWp solar power plant on the roofs of one of the largest storage halls in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Ocotber
Inauguration of a solar power plant in Etzbach, Rhineland-Palatinate/Germany with a total capacity of 735 kWp on October 29. Investor and plant operator. Is the COLEXON group.
  October 19: NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S confirmed the delisting of the Danish Renewagy A/S effective on effect from November 17, 2009. Until November 16, 2009, the Renewagy shareholders will have the possibility to exchange their Renewagy shares into COLEXON shares.

August Publication of half-year report.
  COLEXON successfully continues strategy of expansion in France: contract for extensive land use and the transfer of all project rights in the construction of solar plants with a capacity of at least 25 megawatts (MWp) signed (cost of the project over 80 million euros) – largest project planning in company’s history.
  Framework contract concluded with tnp Mitteldeutsche Fonds Beteiligungs GmbH fort the planning and the turnkey construction of solar power plants with a peak total capacity of approx. 15 megawatts (MWp) in total. The power plants are to be built in France by the end of 2011.
  On August 18, the new start for COLEXON Energy AG at the Frankfurt stock exchange takes place after the successful takeover of the Renewagy Group through COLEXON Energy AG; after the approval of the stock exchange prospectus for the listing of the new shares by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority on August 13, 2009, the share capital of COLEXON has tripled to 17,744,557 euros on August 18.
  Until the end of the acceptance period, COLEXON Energy AG received valid acceptances for a total of 68,195,520 shares in Renewagy A/S, each with a nominal value of DKK 1.00, according to 98.18 % of the shares and voting rights in Renewagy A/S.
 July Employees of Renewagy A/S move into the head office of COLEXON in Hamburg.
  COLEXON extends acceptance period for the takeover offer for the shareholders of Renewagy until September 26, 2009.
  Official inauguration of the world's largest First Solar thin-film rooftop solar power plant in Hassleben, Brandenburg/ Germany.
 June COLEXON extends acceptance period for the takeover offer for the shareholders of Renewagy until July 22, 2009.
  89.39 % of Renewagy shareholders have accepted the voluntary takeover offer of COLEXON.
 Mai Payback of convertible bond with 10.4 Mio. Euro takes place.
  Successful market entry in the USA: first COLEXON solar power plant in the USA realized on the roof of the Arizona State University in Tempe.
  66.46 % of Renewagy shareholders have already declared to accept the voluntary takeover offer of COLEXON.
  Despite difficult market conditions COLEXON achieves turnover of 21.2 Million Euro / EBIT increases by approx. one third to 1.26 Million Euro.
  On the Annual General Meeting on May 26 90.38 % of COLEXON shareholders accept the resolution to increase the share capital of the association to 19.9 Mio. Euro for the takeover of Renewagy A/S.
  Introduction of COLEXON Light-Air substructures that have been developed of COLEXON in cooperation with Solartraeger GmbH & Co. KG.
 April COLEXON decides to submit a voluntary takeover offer to the shareholders of Renewagy A/S, a Danish operator of solar power plants (Independant Power Producer (IPP)).
  New combined website of Renewagy and COLEXON for the taking over goes online: www.colexon-renewagy.com.

Dr. Carl Graf Hardenberg – new Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
  Publication of the 2008 consolidated financial statements.
  COLEXON increased the number of members of its supervisory board by three – Dr. Eric Veulliet, Dr. Carl Graf Hardenberg and Dr. Peter Dill – up to six members.

COLEXON and DCM announce long-term strategic alliance regarding the construction of turnkey solar power installations with an output of at least 12 MWp by 2010.
February
Tire manufacturer Michelin and COLEXON bring 1.9 MWp solar power plant online.
January
Master agreement through 2010 signed with tnp Mitteldeutsche Fonds Beteiligungs GmbH for the construction and acceptance of turnkey solar installations with a total output of up to 15 MWp.
