with Moser Baer Photo Voltaic Ltd. on the delivery of about 130 MWp in
thin film modules through 2012; mainly microamorphous modules will be
delivered starting in the second half of 2009. One portion of the
volume is contractually binding, the other is optional. |

change recorded in the Commercial Registry on 23 January 2008. Reinecke
+ Pohl Sun Energy to operate under the name COLEXON Energy AG effective

| Report of a revenue
shift from 2007 to 2008 due to delays in the transfer of a few
projects. 2008 guidance raises revenue to EUR 110 million (up from EUR
100 million) and EBIT to between EUR 6 and 8 million (previously EUR 5
and 7 million). |
