December
Merger of the subsidiary, Reinecke + Pohl Solare Energien GmbH, with the holding company, Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG, effective 1 January 2006.
  Agreement providing for an option to acquire a Spanish project developer.
November
Announcement of revenue and earnings for the third quarter of 2006. Ernst & Young determines a revenue overstatement of EUR 4.9 million in Q2 2006 due to incorrect postings and bookkeeping errors that must be corrected in the following quarter. Adjustment of earnings targets for 2006.
  Mr. Martin Schulz-Colmantin, Management Board spokesman, resigns with the Supervisory Board's approval effective immediately.
  Mr. Thorsten Preugschas, Managing Director of RPSE's subsidiary Maaß Regenerative-Energien GmbH, Wesel, is appointed to the Management Board.
  Management Board prepares a restructuring plan.
  Settlement of litigation with Meridian Solare Energieprojekte GmbH.
  Publication of the report for the third quarter of 2006.
  Participation in the German Equity Forum of Deutsche Börse AG in Frankfurt am Main.
October
Hermann Müller, Managing Director of the Company's subsidiary Nastro-Umwelttechnik GmbH resigns for personal reasons effective immediately.
  Appointment of Gerd-Jürgen Pohl as Nastro's new Managing Director; he resigns from the Supervisory Board of RPSE AG.
  Ms. Britta Horney is appointed to the Supervisory Board of RPSE AG.
  Existing 2006 consolidated revenue and earnings targets withdrawn.
  Management Board retains the auditing firm, Ernst & Young, in coordination with the Supervisory Board, to review revenue recognition process at the company's subsidiary Nastro-Umwelttechnik GmbH.
August
Company accepts planning order for a 3 MW project in South Korea as part of its long-term market entry strategy.
  Official opening of the world's largest 1.4 MWp thin film rooftop photovoltaic unit by Westmünsterland (EGW), a waste disposal company in Gescher/Kreis Borken.
  Publication of the half-yearly report.
June
Agreement between the company's subsidiary, Maaß Regenerative-Energien GmbH, and Baoding Tianwei Yingli on the delivery of module capacities with an output of up to 162 MWp through 2010.
May
Annual General Meeting on 19 May.
  Publication of the first quarter report for 2006.
  EUR 10.4 million convertible debt issue floated.
April
Announcement of a convertible bond issue. 
  The company is listed in the Prime Standard of Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt am Main.
  General agreement with US solar module manufacturer First Solar on the delivery of thin film solar modules with an output of at least 140 MWp through 2012.
  Meridian Solare Energieprojekte GmbH, Hildburghausen, sues in Hamburg's Regional Court for a portion of its supposed claims for damages totaling approximately EUR 8.45 million, citing alleged failure to contribute Meridian Solare Energieprojekte GmbH as an in-kind contribution.
  Announcement of the conditions of the convertible bond.
March
Publication of the 2005 consolidated financial statements.
  Exclusive general agreement between our subsidiary, Maaß - Regenerative Energien GmbH, and Thailand's largest thin film module manufacturer, Bangkok Solar, for the delivery of modules with a total output in excess of 150 MWp.

Additional listing of the company's shares for trading on the Frankfurt am Main Stock Exchange.
