DR. ROLANDO GENNARI, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

After his studies in finance and economy at the University in Siena (Italy), Dr. Rolando Gennari gained international management experience in the banking-group Banca Nazionale del Lavoro SpA (BNL) in Rome from 1986 to 2004. He worked in leading positions in Italy, Germany and Luxembourg, and was responsible for the market success and finances of different units of the BNL group. In 2004 the native Italian joined the management board of HCI Capital AG, where he was responsible for the initial public offering of the association and later on took charge of the financial department. Dr. Gennari is active in the photovoltaic business since 2009. He was a senior advisor for an English client in the structuring of a 60 MWp solar park portfolio according the standard of the Italian Conto Energia and consulted German investors for solar investments in Southern Italy.
